Well I've got a problem in that the alpha blending isn't quite working right. So whilst this version won't look great you can see what I was trying to do. This release (later today fingers crossed) is a proof of concept rather than a finished article. I may have a fix between now and then so it might be ok.
If there's any photoshop wizrds around maybe they can help me. I think its a problem with the alpha layer stored within the bitmaps. I don't entirely understand it, so if anyone knows what they're doing in photoshop and know how to use the alpha channel. Please get in touch.
As long as the rest goes smoothly it will be out today.
However try to think of this more as Agemame which gets regularly updated Rather than MFME which only had more finalised releases.
Whats left to do is a bit of copy-pasting for the layout editor (I can save / load about 30% of the screen at the minute, the rest works the same way but its laborious work). Then a bit of a tidy up, then add in a splash screen, a bit of an intro maybe and make an installer.
I'm hoping for it to be done for about 6-7pm ish. If its going to be later I'll tell you then.
And back to it I go.

Brilliant news mate can't wait to see it :-) --- Probably your best guy on the graphics front would be Pandy - he really seemed to know what he was talking about when I asked him questions, but not sure he's around much at the moment, although he posts under Dural on The Mecca..
Thanks for the hard work you are putting in :-D

Personally I don't really visit fruit forums any more, but I'd be silly to think they wouldn't be looking / or using the emu. I have no problem with that whatsoever.

I think the problem lies with that dodgy ATI Gfx card

My old Samsung 19Inch Widescreen was 1440 x 900.
My new Dell 24Inch is 1920 x 1200
