Hey all , hope you are all ok

I have just got a Barcrest Lotta Luck machine with a MPU5

Everytime I get the money from the bottom trays and try to close the bottom case again , it says HEY CHECK IT OUT and alarm code 24 , it also say something along the lines of REEL D Setup ......

Im not sure what its trying to tell me , and it does not do it all the time, sometimes it is ok.

Any help would be appreciated ...

hi and welcome to fruit emu

REEL D is the 4 reel which will be the numbered reel i imagine that something maybe catching the reel like an obstruction like wires ect check that the reel spins freely and make sure nothing is catching when closing the door.


try that and let me know.

Hi , thanks for the fast reply. .....

I opened it up and had a look , it also says SEEK TAB FAILED, When I moved the 4th wheel so that the sensor was in line , this seemed to sort it out, fingers crossed thats what it was , lol
