Just bought a cliffhanger machine. vivid gaming. from e-bay. Travelled 60 miles to pick up to find the machine works well but is stuck on free play. I bought this machine as a money bank so no fun as it wont pay out the jackpot. Whenever I switch the machine on it reads 12.50 as a balance works it way down to zero then starts all over again. Can someone please advise me how I get this machine off of free play and to pay out the winnings. Many thanks I hope you can help.

No bought it from a guy who just forgot to say in his advert that the machine was stuck on free play and didnt pay out.

put the machine into test mode then go to switch test press each door switch then on the display it should tell you which one is not wired up correct when you press it in
