the problem is money goes into machine no problem but does not register on credit board.
reprogrammed the coin mech & changed the mps2 CPU board still no joy, the machine is a 1986 style JPM each way nudger mk3 £2.40 jackpot 5p play. any help & advice will be very appreciated

Most likely an MPU fault.
Check the coin mech connections as well.

hi, everyone thanks for reply
it does not have a metal coin mech, standard call Sentinel takes all coins apart from £2 & 5p coins. also checked wiring for coin mech to the board
door is closed but if it was in demo mode it would take coins but not pay out.
I think cpu is in the MPS2 board wich I took out of another woking machine
thanks
