I can't think of the name but there was this horse racing machine in one of our arcades, it wasn't an 18+ and didn't pay out much.
However it had 4 horses or so on the board which would race at a certain time and the player would insert 10p then choose a horse and then press the button for the horse they wanted, the 4 horses would then move down the board mechanically
Does anybody know what this machine could be called, sorry I can't give any more detail but I really can't remember this particular machine.

There have been a lot of these kind of machines.I remember playing 10p play/£1.50 jp types. Usually the red horse nearly always won for double stake back (20p) but percentage must have made the jp horse win sometimes cos I won it a few times.Dont know the names of these tho, sorry

Had a 6 player 4 horse one in the rotunda(2p) think it was called 50guinea's
Also had a 6 player fruitmachine (10p 5quid jp) that had a random horse race where players raced eachother by whacking the start called donkey derby

Had a go on one of these down in butlins a few weeks back, i put 6p on 3 of the terminals on the £1.50 payout (horse 6) and it came in. I had £13.50 in 2p's and do you reckon they would change it at the kiosk ????
no of course they bloody didnt. John wayne (Aka me with all these coinds) walked out as quick as he could but it did mean the kids could play the 2p pushers all day every day for the rest of the time we were there !
