Has anybody ever seen or heard of this machine before?

Have got the option to have this machine but im not sure of its background. Its 50p play and has a £500 jackpot @ 92%.

Plays identical to a joker poker except the royal flush is £50 which is paid into the bank. the bonus game is activated by getting 5 of a kind and this awards a last-man standing game, choose between 5 cards to be removed and the last lit value is the cash you win.

According to Project, the machine is some 8 years old and was exclusively made for gala and mecca bingo halls.

for an 8 year old machine its in fantastic working order.

Been a nember of Mecca ten yrs now but never seen anything like this before.Looks a great machine tho,and in good nick.
Might get some play if it plays similar to JP,with the attraction of a higher jackpot

Played one like it on £250 jackpot was quite good 5 of a kind paid a £50 jackpot which could then be repeated on hi lo upto £250!

Only problem was at 50p a game ur money goes as fast as a b3 on this!

Played this at gala like you say years ago, it's the only £500 machine I've ever had a Jackpot on.
Was very popular when it was at gala probably because it was so fair.
I'd snap it up myself if I was offered it.

I dunno, it seems a bit unfair that the most you can gamble to is £50 on a £500 machine. 5 of a kind wins on project joker pokers must be the rarest thing on earth, I've maybe seen £100K go through them on all range off jackpots (honestly I doubt that's an exageration) and I've never seen a single 5 of a kind win.

The newer big cash poker (ie. joker poker hilo up to £500 or £100 repeater) is a slightly better version. The version in the bookies ( hills/betfred ) is the version where £100 repeater is at the top of the hi-lo, when these first came out in betfreds, they would do £300/400 on the repeater for fun, but the hills ones very rarely repeat it even to £200.

Let me tell you, I've played those to death, used to go round looking for betfreds to play them in and the BIG CASH WINS (basically 5 of a kind)... as it advertises are as follows:

£125: 4 jacks and joker
£250: 4 queens and joker
£500: 4 kings and joker

I've had none of those EVER, infact I've never seen a 5 of a kind win of any sort. I've had maybe 50+ £100 repeaters in this time, I've gambled the £100 win on the double/nothing to £400 plenty of times, I've lost £2K (halves with someone else £1k each) in a session, so you can get a feeling of quite how much I've played the game, the 5 of a kind win is non existant.

What I'll also say is even on the £25/35 versions I've seen grands and grands of play and never seen this 5 of a kind either...

I would check first if it can be sited in an arcade, is it a B3?
All the B3's i know of are 250jp at 50p play(500jp at 1quid per play and 125jp at 25p play)

i stuck 300 in and gambled up to £50, the next credit threw me in 5 of a kind! had £50 and £200 left and got the £200.

strange one, its in fantastic condition on the exterior, the meters are almost zero, brand new hopper coin mechs and pristine MB but the wiring is shite. have given up on it.
