Crap batteries, worth about 10p. Just standard cheap Chinese batteries, but they happen to be green in colour. Note that the battery itself doesn't state green, it does state 0% Mercury and 0% Cadmium, but do do 99% of other batteries anyway. Heavy Duty means *nothing*, all Chinese batteries say it.

Get down to Poundland, get 6 x Kodak 'Supralife' Alkaline for a quid. Brilliant batteries :)

Just make sure you get the Supralife, and make sure it says 1.5V Alkaline.

All the other batteries I could see in Poundland were Zinc Chloride, which are crap.
