i bought this beaver las vegas on ebay and its payouts disconnected...can anyone please tell me how to connet the payouts??? does payout means the hopper??? thanks

Yes.
First check that the hopper is actually there.
Then look for the disconnected plugs.
There should only be one way to reconnect them.
If it does not look as simple as this, then take a good photo of the disconnected bits and post it up here.
