Hi, I have now got another machine, its all working fine except the pound coins are not getting diverted to the £1 hopper.
I put some cash in the hopper and dumped them and put it back in.. the machine reports its got say £25 so its not bypassing cos it thinks its full.
anything else i need to check?
Cheers

So you did a full hopper dump and it's still not diverting the pound coins to the hopper? That's odd.
Sounds like a routing problem.
Try clearing the ram first though.

IS it MPU5?
If so there is a little link next to the silver battery on the main board, pull the link off for a few seconds and that will clear the ram.
