I thought I would let you all know about the Bas***d who works in this arcade. This man is just a pure arrogant piece of Sh**, I really do not know how he can work in this place.

A while back when I was on a machine in this arcade, he was sitting in the change booth looking like a miserable sod as he is and all of a sudden he shouts out to me "GET OF THAT FU**ING MACHINE YOU ARE GIVING ME A HEADACHE", those were his exact words and he did shout them! I was leaving the machine the exact second he said that anyway but to say the least I was shocked that a mug like him actually said to a punter to get off his own machines in his own arcade, what on earth is up with him?

Yesterday I was there again with a few mates (and Crazybar from this site), he was there again, working in the change booth still acting like a miserable sod, being arrogant etc to EVERYONE. I was on one machine and crazybar and my other mates were on a machine that had broken down (they put money in and the machine just started spinning the reels without them pressing start etc). So they went up to the miserable sod, reported the fault and his first words were "WHAT MACHINE, THERES A MILLION MACHINES IN HERE, WHAT A FRUIT MACHINE OR WHAT?", so they said, yeah the Deal Or No Deal machine. Then he goes in a very sarcastic way "The Deal Or No Deal Machine". He would not give them their money back or anything, he was just literately saying to them "f**c off you stupid sod, he gave them £1 which was not what they should of got and then told them to sod off or something, I can't exactly remember because I was on a machine at this time until I went over (maybe Crazybar can give you some more information on how rude he was and what a twat he made himself look like).

Anyway, rant over LOL, but if you are going to work in an arcade taking peoples money all day then you have got to accept that you have to deal with machines at fault and not just swear and be arrogant to customers, why on earth work in an arcade if machines with noises "give you a headache" TWAT!

Basically I am saying to anyone, don't go in this place as you will get
treated like Sh** if anything goes wrong. F*** Circus Circus for life!!!

I had a similar thing to this at one arcade I used to go in down the coast (quite a long time ago now though) and I never understood it - the bloke basically would just come along and turn off machines while people were playing them - tell them to f*** off etc... and I think he was the owner too... I just don't understand it - what happened to customer service??? If I ran somewhere like this I would want people to only say good things about it.

Thats sickening how an individual can act this way with his customers. In the old days when I were a teenager there was a man like this. He would sit in his booth all day long counting his money. He would huff and puff if a machine was playing up and turn it off irrespective if you had put shit loads of money through it. What a twat. If ever you won he would say he had no notes, even though minutes before you could see him counting them. Incidently he were bought out by teddys and now runs a cafe in Clee.

In the end, I went back to the machine with the Techie dude, whoo was actually a nice guy...I played a quid of my own money, to show him the button was jammed and the machine didn't work. All went as ezpected and I proved my point. He went back to the desk with the owner and came back later...He wanted to give us our cash back but couldnt as the owner didn't let him. The reason given was "We knew it was jammed when we started". No we didn't, it only acted up on the last quid.

WOrst thing is if theyre the owners we dont have much power about it except not to gamble there...Dont we know better now!

I'm sure you can make a complaint to the gambling commission - sure somebody would be able to give you better advice - but there are ways to complain and get them in the sh*t.

Yeah I would like there to be a way...TBH in all the times I've been gambling, this is the first time I've had any problem with an owner...

Yes you can complain, phone up the council and ask how to get in touch with the licencing offiicer.

If any member of staff where i work treated a member of the public like that they would be sacked on the spot

Hope he realises that when threads like this are made and read..word gets around and ordinary punters like ourselves know to avoid his arcade (like cliff just said)...he will be out of business within a month or 2.

His name is tony and he is one miserable f***er, i live in southend and know a lot of people that work and own the arcades. I thought you may of been playing the monopoly which is the left hand side of the cashbox. Oh well i named and shamed the guy now xD

If I was playing on some arcade owner / workers machines and losing I would smack him in the mouth mate!!! I hate that attitude like they are doing YOU a favour.

Ignorant fanny pad. Yep, smack him in the mouth and then leave the arcade is my solution to the problem. He won't do it to anyone else.

Not being funny here. But for speaking to any1 like crap. I so would get me chop out and pish© on his fire works and rub me back door on his counter. Me thinks a nice call to the DTI or BACTA may help his manners. There is no need to speak to people like that.Even more so if people are paying your wage.Whys this guy just not ask sorry can u let me know once u have finished playing the machine. As i wish to turn the volume down or to a zero level. I`m so with a lot of peoples views on this.

Any one who is thinking of playing machines in an arcade save your money. Go a have a good day out at nails arcade and others from this site. Just don`t touch that place ever again.

ps let me know when u lot have lost loads. As i am so looking 4ward at some point to go in nails arcade with in the next good few months.
