Some of u may remember me posting about running the half-marathon last year,Well yesterday i completed phase two of my 4 tasks i set myself to do before im 40 ish lol.I actually got into the ring and competed in the wicker camp sparring championships,link attached for u guys to watch and comment on.
Only two more tasks to complete now,full-marathon and a tri-athlon.Will keep u all updated as to when and where i complete them.

Good you can still be fit enough at your age lol.I myself am unfit and will probably have a heart attack and die before I am 40.

Make sure you get some long distance training runs for the full 26.2 miles...I'm not at the right age to do such distances yet...But I would like to once:)

Im still 5 years short of me 40 th so ive got a few years to complete the other 2 lol

Hey, I did the Boston > Skegness marathon ages ago, when I was younger than you are now. Got a plaque here somewhere with the date on, but if I recall correctly it was 1999.
Nowadays I doubt I could jog to the chippy without having a major coronary episode
