That, or any of your other offensive actions won't get you anywhere...
What I suggest is you get some pics of the machine and upload them so people cans ee what they are getting and how it looks...Also, this being partly a donation run site, people here will expect you to donate some of the selling money to the site. Keep that in mind.

I hate to be a no no nelly as usual but this guy posted about a real fruit machine for sale - there are several other members on here who have put threads regarding the sale of machines - for example the recent spate by nails - it seems that for some reason this guy has become the target?? I personally think he should have posted it in the correct place but again it seems one rule for one and another gets treated totally differently..

Just my twopence worth.

you should have given him the chance to post pics, and put it in the right section, or w/e, before throwing out insults. obviously if it did turn out to be a d**k then you could take further action.
i mean reporting him to his isp because he called you a c**t, thats a little extreme

Right fair point...I shouldn't have called him a tosser but I've been around long enough to spot one from a mile away. Seeing as how he PM'ed Guitar, after his, frankly amusing reply about the Caps Lock key 6 minutes later proves that I was right. I have no probs with anyone selling machines on here. What I do have an issue with though is that he's been a member on here for nearly 3 years and he hasn't contributed, either monetary, post wise or anything else...and then he comes on to flog his puggy, shouting (CAPS LOCK), PM's Guitar calling him a dick, PM's me calling me the same....and even E-Mails me saying the same!!!! PM's I can cope with but e-mailing me???? I think I have every right to report him. If I e-mailed you out of the blue shouting insults wouldn't you do the same?

As for him posting pics and putting together a decent thread, well, isn't that up to him to do that?

Not having a go at ya james, but I think Nails has contributed far more to the scene than this guy has. Plus, he doesn't shout (well not at me anyway)

Yeah its not that he is selling his machine on here, its that he contributes nothing, then tries to sell his machine to a captive audience without so much as an offer of support to members or the site, monetary or otherwise.

Its been a (possibly unwritten) rule on here for years that a small percentage / or small amount of sales go to the forum.

You cant sell your car in autotrader for free, why expect anything different on any site that has a perfect target audience for sales.
