if your soo inocent then just
1. remove that page of your site
2. complain to ebay about him linking to you
3. tell ebay about him selling your dvds
(ebay take this kind of stuff seriously as i have seen)
p.s i aint got a problem with you,

I've just checked my stats for that page and it appears that you're right, it is still getting some traffic which it shouldn't be.
I've just checked ebay and there's are loads of people selling 'fruit machine dvds' If you could PM me with the details of the specific ebay seller (so that he doesn't get any extra sales from people reading this!) I will report him when i get home this evening.
And i will also be removing the page when i get home and have access to my website control panel.
I've not tried combatting anyone because i wasn't aware of anyone linking to that page and in all honesty i forgot it even existed.
