I have a juggling jackpots (global machine)
The problem is when i insert £1 coins them come straight out the payout tray and not into the hopper, could someone explain how to solve?

This only happens with £1 coins anything else is accepted.

have you cleaned the coin mech(sr5 or cashflow)?

if you have then your coin mech is knackered.

i simply bought the machine last weekend and turned it on, i havent done anything internally, ive had a brief look but cant work it out.

sometimes 1 in 5 £1 coins are accepted but bypass straight to the overflow.

the hopper is approx half full.

open the top door so you can get to the coin mech.
there will be a coin mech which is either a sr5 type or a cashflow type,on the top half where it says what type of mech it is,pull it open and behind what you have just pulled out is where you need to clean(a damp and a dry cloth would be ok)


to reset the hopper you need to have the top door closed and just open the bottom doors so you can get to the cashboxes.
beside the cashboxes there is a button which dumps the hopper,turn the machine on and then turn the refill key,once the machine has powered up it should say refill on the display,push and hold the button down beside the cashboxes until the display reads hopper dump,then press the start button and the hopper should empty itself.

open the top door and put the coins back into the hopper,coins should now go into the hopper until 125 quid is in it.
