Hi folks, i admit i'm not really a forum poster freak so i apologise!

Anyway, i don't gamble to much anymore but when i do it's usually in the real casino but i have recently joined sky vegas and there's some popular or so i think IGT-Barcrest slots on there like elvistop20 and cleopatra etc.. so i was wondering as you guys are the pro's are these internet conversions of these games any good? has anyone actually won any money on them?

Cheers guy's

My personal opinion is online gambling is always going to be personal choice.

I do all my gambling in a casino where in this country at least everything is fair and above board, and you know exactly what the odds are from the start, esp on table games.

When you lose online your always thinking weather its rigged or not ( im sure in most cases it wont be - but that dont stop it feeling like it )

In a real casino at least when the ball lands on a number you didnt bet on or dealer gets 21 against your doubled 20 you know it happened for real and not just pixels of colour telling you it happened on a PC screen :)

just my thoughts each to there own

I have only played on free play, just for fun. Some good games but bear no resemblence to the real ones in arcades, casinos, etc. I like the Cleopatra slots on free play too, a great game with good sounds.
Dont think I would gamble for real though, the stakes can go pretty high if you have the bottle. :-)

i agree with fruitman. in a casino if you lose you know its fair and square, but online it could be fixed

Cheers for the input guy's.

I used to play loads of poker based table games with william-hill casino and won 3k online with them but you do tend to see patterns online which is partly why i stopped.

I was thinking more of (with the slot games)do they play the same as they do in the wild or is there no way you can tell with these modern slots?

It's a real shame with all these new slots and fruit machines. All the skill has gone.. I suppose all the gaming companies wanted to make it easier so people wouldn't get scared of putting in a few quid in...

I usually only place football bets online at skybet, but since the introduction of Elvis Top 20 on skyvegas i have played the odd few quid now and again. Have had 2 reasonable wins, got £125 off the jukeboxes and £250 off 4 gold discs last week - playing £1 a spin. Not bad considering in total i have only put about £40 in out of my own pocket. Just staying away now im up.

Hi

Yes I play on sky vegas I tend to play Cluedo, 9 Line Jepodey and golden game, sometimes I play da vinci diamonds, I also only play them on 1p 1 coin or in the case of golden game 10p.

I had a free £5 off them yesterday started in davinci diamonds won 25.00 withdrew the 15.00 and left 10.00 to play with went for a quid in golden game down to last 10p won 80p then 2 spins later got the golden game went for 10 jackpots for £50 with drew the 40 and left the rest to play with for the rest of the month.

I find sticking to 1p or 10p on the golden game I can often get a good long game and brake even, more than I would in an arcade.

In my opinion, Sky Vegas is rigged.

I can't quite believe they get away with the claim that the numbers in their "Instant Win", instant lose would be more apt, games are randomly generated. Anyone who has played the games will surely know that is utter rubbish.

Playing 10 Hand Jacks or better and 9 times out of 10 when you gamble it gives you one of the four highest cards. So it is "randomly generating" in Sky Vegas' favour nearly all the time.

How convenient for them.
