I( get this message when I turn on the pc and cant find where its from

looks like something has loaded in youre startup of pc maybe virus.
In start go to run type msconfig, got to the start up tab & check what you got on startup of pc untick anything nasty looking, restart pc.
Do virus scan.

That is from a game you have installed its starforce you can get a tool to remove it here StarForce Drivers Removal
