Worse still, imagine playing £70 at 10p just after a repeated jackpot. No feature for hours...

What percentage of arcades can you actually see bothered implementing the £70 jackpots, cause they dont have to.
Iv'e already had a 'Polite Word' with the arcade i go to not to bother cause its going to cause murder eventually.

I've got to say I think there will be a bit of a 'buzz' about them at first & then it'll die off. As Kriss said U could go into an arcade with a tenner to have a quick 'flutter' & 1min later be back out again.
What's going to be hard to believe is some people will put exactly £70+ in just to get a £70 jackpot which is just barmy really.
I used to go into an Arcade in Chester & this was when the Golden Game (3 Player) machine was pretty new & one of the female worker's once told me there was a woman who would go in there most day's & she'd go through £300+ just to get a £25 Jackpot plus other 'X' amount of wins. How barmy is that? If I had £300+ in my wallet I don't think i'd throw it all into a machine.
We've got a number £35 jackpot machines in our local bingo hall apart from obviously having some £500 jackpot machine's. The £35 jackpot's are 50p per play & still yet when i've seen folk playing them i've never seen anyone get a jackpot. I'm sure someone has no doubt but it still make's me wonder how much that person would have been willing to spend just to try & get it.

I heard one of the Barcrest machines-Alien with the £70 upgrade cost £57 for a board on testing.
This is a site for EMULATION purposes of older machines. Not playing strategies.

I won't be bothering with them. To be honest I don't think there'll be that many in the arcades. The present £35 jackpot machines will probably get converted but there'll still be plenty of £25 jackpot machines to play.

I don't think I'll be playing them on £1 a spin for £70 jackpot.
Personally I think this will lead to the death of the AWP. How many people will go into an arcade to play these when there are £500 jackpot machines which are at the same stake?
