Megazone fruit machine fault plz help me

:bigeyes30:I have amegazone fruit mmachine and it has a fault, can anyone advise and help????

The fault comes up when i turn it on and it says (AL17) then it says PND OPTO BLOCKED and TAMPER ALARM 17-83. Please can you help me???

Probably had too many pound coins forced by the looks of it

try taking out the coin mech & cleaning it

as for tamper alarm then try making sure everything is in its right place inside & no wires are loose

you will have to empty the hopper that holds the £1 coins because it sounds like you have one jammed in it.

Hi there, i have the same problem, the same error message is coming up... any more ideas? i've removed the hopper and cleaned it and even the lazer in the hopper, still getting the same error message... thanks

Dump the hopper/clean the coin mech too.

if u have cleaned it, have u checked to make sure there's no pound coins blocked in the hopper bowl, have u tried turning the bowl to make sure that it turns freely?

if u have done the above then it could well be a faulty hopper u have.
