My question is this: when a new fruity is put in a pub/club how much cash is normally in the machine if any? i'm always weary playing a new machine in the local as unsure what kind of cash has been put in by the owner, is there a set amount thats normally put in a machine on its first day of use in a new location?

I look forward to any abuse if this question has been posted before!:bigeyes20:

Standard floats are £125 without a note acceptor and £250 if there is a note acceptor. But in reality it could be any amount really.

in my opinion they tend to put a high % on it hook you in, so at first you would win easily, but say a week later it would murder you, cause they would chanfe the %.

Chances are it's been in another pub before hand so it's state will not have changed, basically if it was ready to pay out in the pub it was in before hand, if it hasn't already it should pay out now and vice versa.

Also, it makes no difference whether the machine has £1 in the hopper, or £125 in there.. If it's ready to pay out, it'll pay out no matter how much is in there. It will just IOU if there isnt enough cash to pay out.
