I can remember a Proconn one called "Stars and Stripes", a 7th Heaven variant, but not Bar and Bells. Probably the same reel symbols order though.

Are we talking standard Proconn fare of the time? IE Wins, £1, £1.20, £2.00, £2.20 in if it's on a 6quid setting, £3 and £6?

I do remember the machine vaguely but only the £3 version 10p play. silver bells paid £1.20 i think Gold bells paid £1.60 or £1.40 there were triple bars that paid 80p ( again im not sure ) there was also a crazy bars style symbol on the centre reel as well as a silver and gold bell which both doubled the win. I absolutely loved playing this machine and i can't believe i'm having difficulty in remembering what it looked like. Well i hope that helped a little bit =)
