hoping someone can help me! I was changing a blown bulb earlier and didn't notice there way a small piece of metal bridged across the bulb terminals, so when I turned it on the lights went dim and the machine went off,nothing happens at all now, there are 2 green LEDs lit on the board, led 1 is on and led 3 is just flashing, any ideas please?

Not super familiar with the insides on this one but i would imagine you've blown a fuse in the circuit (assuming they are still fuse filled and not breakers)

Most likey that, or you could have a duff bulb now in the circuit that although hasn't 'blown' is buggering up the expected currents (as sometimes seen in the world of Christmas trees!) and the machine is therefore not allowing full power on.

Might be wrong - often am!

Well that's are far as i can go as i've not opened one of these for a while - i'm sure tonight some friendly engineers will be making and appearance and assist better than i can

Just tell them you'll simulate their games: get them to give you £20 and then just say sorry you didn't win, want to try again?

Fuses (from past experience) are usually on the physical power box that everything connects into - HOWEVER and it's a big however, if it is a fuse then when i last looked they aren't the standard 'plug' jobbies but specilist ones - and unless you got a spare your still buggered

yes your right, but if i can solve the problem myself why pay an engineer,it would be cheaper to buy a new machine
