hi i loaded the emulator then mistakinly deleted this,but when i try to download it again it keeps saying you have already installed this and aborts the download any suggestions thanks in advance.

Uninstall the wizard.........and download it all again.....don't forget the latest emulators are what you want as well available in the Downloads section for MFME9.4 and MFME10.1a

done that mate its not there i think its this site not letting me do it as ive done it once before ive done a full search on my pc and cant find it anywhere

Try Downloading the Emulators separately then.....really all the emulators you need is Jpmemu if you like the Jpm's the BFMemulator if you like Bellfruits and from the MFME section Download versions 1.0 - 2.0 - 3.2 - 9.4 and 10.1a
