Where to start, everyone's setup is different, so let's try the basics.
Ensure you've got all MS updates. Especially all the express ones, and any custom ones, things like all the .Net frameworks etc. VB runtime packs and / or Visual C++ 2005 you might also want to try just in case.
Ensure you've got the latest DirectX, GFX (Nvidia or ATI) and Sound drivers.
They all work fine in XP SP2 & SP3, and 64bit. I've played every single one. If you're running Vista, they also work in XP compatibility mode. Also works in Windows7 with the XP add-on.
The INDE 16 -1 must be in the C root to work.
The Standalones - Run inde_sim first.
Then Xhair3, change height and width to 50, and colours to make white, then click On
Then load whichever game you want to play.
Simples.

The 16-1 has been uploaded on TPB.
I'll be uploading all of them (currently 3.9gig unrared) at some point to one of the newsgroups.

Pies couldn't live without the stuff, he loves it. He told me that it turns his tic tac into a wotsit, really cheesy flavour apparantly.
