thats most strange by flicking the switches shouldn't have killed it

hi, my machine is still dead and im desperate to get it sorted. does anyone know if theres a way to reset it or solve it somehow?

i have found out its the reel board thats gone on my machine so does anyone know how i could get hold of one as companies i have contacted cant get hold of one
