hi, not sure if this is the right site to ask this question, but my kids have an hotshots (empire games) fruit machine and an STRIM ALARM 19 code has come up and i don't know how to turn it off so they can carry on playing it.
Can anyone out there please advise

I've had the following alarm on one of my machines at home if you leave it ,it will time out sfter 30 seconds or so usually.hi, not sure if this is the right site to ask this question, but my kids have an hotshots (empire games) fruit machine and an STRIM ALARM 19 code has come up and i don't know how to turn it off so they can carry on playing it.

Hi, i have tried leaving it on and nothing changes, i am sure it will be simple, but i haven't got a clue

I dont have a clue then maybe the coin mech is jammed with coins. Wait till lincs1 comes on or another in the know and they maybe know what the problem is.Hi, i have tried leaving it on and nothing changes, i am sure it will be simple, but i haven't got a clue
