Although not 100% sure, I believe that to sell a machine you need to be registered to the Gaming Board. If you decide to sell a machine to a member of the public for private use, they are required to sign a disclaimer stating that the machine will not be used for financial gain :)

As said above, not 100% sure [lots of odd beer tonight *hic*, will check up tomorrow :)]

Been looking into the licensing thing myself recently, from what I can see you dont need a licence (as a normal jo public) to sell a machine IF and ONLY IF you are selling it to a arcade or other licenced dealer.

If you are selling it to anyone else, then you cant sell it as a working gambling machine (hence all the stuff on ebay about hoppers/coin mechs disabled).

(so just unplug the door switch so its on free play for example............. then once its sold it could be replugged back in........)

Im no lawyer, but thats what I understand about the rules so far....

Would be interested in knowing more about this free permit you can get, sounds interesting.

How you doing with this, used to play this when my mate was manager of a snooker club.

If you still looking for a tester can't say my memory is that great, but would be interested in playing it, of course, this would be the newb testing part.
