I'd get in touch with whoever you bought it from.
I'm going to be honest, it's not an error I've seen before - assuming it definitely says 'reel', then I can only imagine the reel board is faulty.
It could potentially be other things which are faulty and causing it, but without actually seeing the machine I wouldn't know where to start with that error - there are some more technical people on here who might know a bit more about it.

31.? is a mux error
therefore it sounds like a mux board fault according to a tech manual
bazpeeb might back me up on this but i'm sure its a faulty mux board

im new 2 owmin 1 of these so i dont really know wat u mean by mux or anything would it help if i put some pics on

the mux pcb board is a circuit board normally located in the top half of the machine behind the lamp mask where the bulbs are
