Hi guys, changed over game software and discovered my Lumina note acceptor now has a big X.
Now to reset it i followed the power off, click button 6
Switch back on for 15 seconds then i believe whilst on click back the number 6 to original position.
Now it should reset.
It Doesnt ahhH!!!
Machine is a Scorpion 4 Club Monopoly Wonders.
I changed over the software from 250 pounds to 500, hence i reckon it resetting itf.
Also my damm float now says ZERO, is this normal???
So on payout it says call attendant.
Hope you can help.

when you change the jackpot it resets the float to 0 therefore you need to press the float topup button coz when u insert pounds it'll just keep going into the hopper till it reaches 500 and if u got 500 in already may overflow £'s all over

Ahh! i see, so boot machine, then just press top up button!!
What do i do next, do i manually put coins in through coin slot?
Forgive my ignorance.
There are already 394 coins in hopper and yes float says zero.

Did you remove the game card 1st before applying power?
And have you entered the BNV key via the test routines?

No, I mean,
Power off,
Remove programe cardm
Set sw6 on note acceptor to on and Power up for 15 secs,
set sw 6 to off,
Power off,
Insert card,
Power up
enter test to enter BNV code (normally 123456, sticker on note acceptor)
