Hi everyone, I'm trying to help a friend out who has just got a machine called "Hot Rod" by Barcrest, it's a really old machine. He is trying to find the test button inisde the machine, does anyone know where it is located, does it even have a test button or is there a different way of accessing the menu to get the coins out etc?

Many thanks for this everyone, it's really appreciated.

When i had my viva espana it was a little black button in the back of the machine. You will be able to see it when the back door is open press it once for credits free play and twice if you want to do a machine test e.g test the coin tubes.

Cheers for that Tom, nice one, he managed to get into test mode etc. Now, my mate has got another problem with the machine, this time it is coming up with "Unexpected PO Error 4.0". The machine will not clear itself of this and then the machine will start a countdown from 5000 and when it reaches 0 the same alarm returns. Does anyone have any ideas on what could be up with the machine now?

Cheers to everyone for all of your help, it is really appreciated.
