No site name mentioned, but please guys can I have a general opinion?

You Pre-Buy a big cash game upto a week in advance to be played at 21:30 at £1 a ticket.

At 21:10 that night you log-in only to find it says '20 mins to (big) game'

Remember this is a big site and real cash, you are told it played at 9pm instead by a Rep???

A Chat Moderator don't understand what you are saying about you want to watch your cash lose and they are totally washed-over by the regulars after you state that you didn't buy for 9pm (as wasn't stated!).......do you?

Ady that can't be right if there was no prior warning for the game to start early.I would deffo have something to say about it and expect a full refund and explanation.

Thats pish..21.30 should mean 21.30 not 21.00 specially as it was stated on the site 20 mins till big game.

Person/persons that update the site need thier arse kicked as money is involved.

Mabey I spelt 'Comission' wrong, but I was trying to state rules Re:- Gambling

This clip was just prior to a click!

The CM can't spell either, and as I read it as I was getting onto the legal side (An email to them to resolve then onto the GC) I took their reply as a total uninformed insult!

This is why I HATE online gambling.

Chances are, it's hosted off the UK shores, and I bet there's sweet f**k all that the Gambling Commission can do about it. How many times do you play online, only to see the likes of 'Hosted in Alderney' at the bottom of the page?

Having said that, I'd report them anyway. That's a completely unacceptable excuse. Assuming you can prove the tickets were bought for a 21:30 game, and the game was brought forward to 21:00 without warning, I'd say you had a case for a refund, if nothing else.

We get paid ??? since when !!!! :err: summat your no telling me here..

Seriously though likes..having never ever played online site(s) for real cash i wouldnt know about this but i remember lincs mentioning summat about favourtism (spelling).

If your not a regular you dont really stand a chance of winning eff all ? surely then thats fixed odds and unfair to the casual gambler.

Surely the CM would of been told of the change and who the winner(s) were ?
Can't see any of the big sites like Gala or Mecca behaving like that so it's probably one of the suss ones.
IMO If you can't see the winning tickets as your playing stay well clear.

Did they say why the time was changed? And the mods on that website are as thick as two short planks, if i asked then something i would expect them to answer it to the best of their ability not say that they wont answer.

On "my account" page on that site you can go to games played, where it will display the tickets bought and the result of the game, including the numbers dabbed off your tickets, and how many you needed when the game finished.

Although this doesn't explain the change of time the game was played at, it will show how or if your tics played.

Still it's out of order to change the time of game or advertise the time wrongly.
Where you came from, is gone.
Where you thought you were going, was never there.
And where you're at right now, aint no good, unless you can get away from it.

That is my whole point Maz,

I really don't want to make a big issue of it here, just to get a difference of opinions.

My One and only 'gripe' is, if I bet on the 2:30 at Newcastle only to be told it ran at 2:00.....wait that WOULDN'T ever happen would it?......you see I made my bet on a game at a designated time.

The whole point is to enjoy the excitement of the big game. By the way,(slightly off topic) you do realise if you win big on any of the sites using the Bridgend/Aquapay system, you can only withdraw £1000 per day, £2000 per week and £3000 per calander month. It took my missus about 3 weeks (because of the way the end of the moth fell) to take out that 5 grand she won just over a year ago. So beware!!!

tbh ady m8 i would persue the matter further as its misleading to players that if a game should start at say 9pm then it should be played at 9pm and not 9.30pm unless they make it perfectly clear that there is a technical problem prior to game play
