Hi guys.

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Have a Global Spotted Dick £250 jackpot which was working fine in my garage until I decided to put it in a transit and bring it 15 minutes up the road.

Only I changed was the plug on the end of the kettle plug, same fuse etc.

Now when I turn it on it makes a dull thud sound and not much else is happening - no error messages or alarms I can see/hear. Power doesn't seem to be a problem.

Anyone any ideas? Anything that can often happen when you transit a fruity?

Not sure if this info will help anyone.

On the MPU Board only LD3 and LD5 are lighting on startup and remaining lit.

On the power supply unit LD6 isn't coming on (-12V) - perhaps this is the problem???

the 12v fuse is gone or not in contact

see if u can have a look

Excuse me for sounding like a tube but will the 12V fuse be one of the 3 black tubes removable from side/back of the PSU unit?

Im a total n00b when it comes to real machines..but i spose if they are black instead of clear they defo have blown ?

Sorry, yeah I meant the housing is black. Removed all 3 on the psu housing and can't see any breaks in any of the wires.

It's a Stadium RA8387.

The dull thud is coming from the PSU itself. Followed by what sounds slightly like a hissing sound.

Perhaps I just have to replace the PSU?

You could well be right.

Next thing will be to work out which PSU I need to replace it.
