I've actually played two of these before in different locations that did exactly the same thing! Both were off their tits as I think people didn't play them for big wons knowing that they could kill you off, so I still won on them. Must be a bug in this particular machine sometimes and you unluckily bought one of them!

Way to check if the reels are out of line(though it might be hard!) get yourself on a 12 or 1 on the reel, if both HI LO buttons work then the reels aren't aligned
if only the correct HI or LO button works in this case then might be a bug.
Not unknown to happen, think people have even been swissed on a NO LOSE!

This is a site for EMULATION purposes of older machines. Not playing strategies.

(DOND is around now on this site..... How long was this sig out of date...!)

Yeah it's a bug in the machine, Vortex has the same problem. I've never known 1 be fixed on site, it's either always been dodgy or the machine has been removed. I've gone lower than a 12 and lost before now.
Does it correct itself or is it permanently wrong?? If it's always wrong then it could be just out of sync, but if it corrects itself every so often then it's the bug.

It does correct itself, but its still anoying.
So its a bug then?
There is no fix?
Anyone want to buy Invincible? 2006 machine with note acceptor!

get a cotton bud and really scrub the dirt that has built up around the area that passes through the black opto on the reel.
there is a black peice on the reel bandthat passes through the opto, this is how the machine determines what position the reel is at.
if too much dirt around the reel band then the machine gets confused.
its not a bug in the machine, its just not been maintained properly.

yes same principle.
if the reel is still faulty then you have a faulty reel(worn reel band or faulty opto )
