Well good news, I just popped into Stiffler's room and curtly informed all the 13 year old girls and 40 year old men that a snail has its teeth on its tongue. I then made my excuses and left. That should sort 'em.
A snail **does** in actual fact have its teeth on its tongue. They make a rasping noise when eating. In fact get a load of snails in an old fish tank, bung in some fresh lettuce leaves, a few stones, some water, some grass and mud and they'll love it. Late at night when it's all quiet, listen to them munching away.
they're also hemaphrodites meaning they both have a love dart and a hole for receiving the love dart.
I used to keep Giant African Land Snails, donated to my by my old biology teacher.
Never again. Well, not unless I plan on eating the damn things. Which I don't
