Firstly, this is the one it has happened on CopsNRobbers - Online Slot Game from Ladbrokes

I am playing on a 50p stake and got the 3 robbers to start the feature.
When in the feature you go up the board and the police follow depending on what numbers you spin (much like the old "Andy Capp")

I am 3 squares from the big Feature, the policeman is 14 spaces behind so cannot catch me when I go, so I press to spin and get an "error occured" and I get booted out of the game!!

This happens all the time, even when I reload.

I have reported it to Ladbrokes who have said leave it with them, this has happened a few times with different customers - they will get back to me, with no clue as to how long it will be.

I know on the old style machine it would give me a "1" and then another "1" and kill me!! What I want to know is...If the first number to spin in is a "1" should I collect the 20 winspins? (this will be 2 squares from a good few quid) or is there a chance it could spin a 1 first but then not follow up with another?

I am in the middle of a game, when Ladbrokes sort it out I will be free to carry on up the board. I'd be a bit mad to leave it alone!!

I am getting peoples views on what to do if it throws a "1" in on the first spin.

Been playing this a bit on free play today, and keep getting error server 2 notices popping up, along with a few of their other games, especaly Pandamonium

Just been on it Didnt know they run a free play flash casino now!

Very Entertaining Got Feature off a few Quid And Went all the way to the top!

Won 300 times my £1 Stake!

Hopefully they have fixed it then!

Nope, they still havent sorted it.

Ive been told to allow 48 hours, and no one is there to look at it until tomorrow.

Ladbrokes have now said it was a fault with the programming and have contacted their developer "Micro Gaming". Although they have now fixed the issue so it won't happen again I am now waiting for them to get back to Ladbrokes regarding any "potential winnings".

They have confirmed I will not be able to finsih my game and the winnings will be estimated with the help of Micro Gaming.

I have played the machine on free play and won £986.00 on a 50p stake on the top feature. I have sent a screenshot to Ladbrokes as evidence.

Just have to sit tight now and wait.
