The short answer is no what appears on the display is locked in the rom, I beleve there was a barcrest MPU 3 / 4 machine that did in the test routines have a way for you to put a personlaises message into the attract mode so you could have it say something like welcome to nobles amuements blackpool, but unless this feature is on your machine you cannot alter the messages.
