not in terms of detection rate there isn't and that's the prime thing needed in anti-virus. Kaspersky eats the competition alive, them russians just don't fuck about!
Have to agree Jim....usually 4-5 daily updates too.
The booklet may be the size of the Bible, but once you have it settled it's the business.
All too often 'cracked' AV's and Security software is used by people (Norton springs to mine but there are others) and in my eye's if that can be cracked so easily it must have so many openings.
It slows my system on booting at times, but I don't mind waiting for 3-4 minutes knowing my PC is secure.
