Horror of horrors, I think I may actually have to start paying for mp3s but what site offers the best deals? Any suggestions fruits? Also, I don't have a credit card. Do those £25 credity-cardy-type-things that you can buy in W H Smiths work? Any advice appreciated in advance.

wot about a debit card, do you have one of those? If you have a ipod you can buy an itunes gift card from smiths. I;d prob recommend something like Music Downloads, MP3 Downloads, MP3 songs, from eMusic.com You get a 25 day free trial all mp3s are drm free and you pay so much a month and download what you want.
You can pay via paypal and £17.99 gets you 50 tracks a month (36p per track) Other packages available. See FAQ
