hi all. im new to fruits and need help.
since ive had the machine everything has been working 100%, even test mode.
today i have tried to go into test mode (to light up bulbs as some have gone)and the alarm has gone off and on the display im getting error message: h/w input error 90
can anyone help me solve this problem??
the machine still works fine in running mode, its just during test mode and when i switch the refill key.
the machine i got is a red gaming machine 'sub zero' with a mpu5.
many thanks in advance!

Do you mean that you are turning the refill key *during* test mode?
If so, don't. There is no need to use a refill key during the test procedure.
Otherwise, I can't think of what that error means, never come across it before. Closest I ever came across was 'UNUSED INPUT', can't remember the number, and also can't remember what caused it

its ok ive sussed it!
after contacting barcrest they told me it could be a problem with anything from wiing etc.
after spending a few days checking out the wiring on the lights etc i found out that the previous owner had put in a new 5mm bulb holder and wired it backwards (cus of the resistor) and that was causing the error when entering test mode or turning the refill key!
just something for you all if something like this hapens again!

Strange really, we had a brand new machine from Barcrest delivered, and it did exactly the same when I turned the refill key, only thing is that it did this alarm with the door closed. Turning the key with the door open never alarmed, I guessed it was an attempt from Barcrest to try and stop the thieving scumbags from ripping them off by alerting someone to the alarm if the key was turned during normal gameplay.
