So, i've got an idea in my head, and i'm thinking about creating a website for it.

Eventually i'd like to accept payments via the site, although this isn't a necessity on start-up.

If I start accepting payments online, and it effectively becomes a company, do I need to register with Companies House etc.? I'm sure there's resources online that can provide this info., just looking for members own experiences.

Do I opt for something like weebly.com, or am I better using something like Publisher and doing it from scratch.

Advice appreciated.
