ok here goes i have been a player on wink bingo for 18 months nealy and finally had a decent win on the instant games i deposited £20 using my prepaid mastercard and once i had used the £10 bonus money given on all deposits i decieded to try the slots but only had £10 real money to use so i spent that and lost but with the £10 bonus that was still left i won a bingo game of £44 so i then used this on the instant games and to my joy i got a free spins feature that gave £150 win so i upped my stake to £2.50 per spin and got the free spins again but this time i got a really big win of £105.00 with a multiplyer of times 12 (£1260.00) so i decided to withdraw a £1000.00 this was on a saturday i had to wait 2 days just incase i wanted to reverse the withdrawl then i had to wait another day for it to be processed.

i kept getting intouch with customer support to check on the process and it was a good job i did i was told that there was a problem because i live with my parents i was not on the electorol role and needed another way for the money to be paid to me as my mastercard wasnt able to have funds placed on it.

i was asked to set up my details onto the wire transfer form so that the money could be placed into my bank account which will take 5-7 days today is the 7th day and still no fund put in my account i have just been intouch with customer support over live chat who told me they needed to get intouch with their financial department who were not available at this time so i gave them my phone number so they can call me back with more info.

has anyone had any dealings with withdrawls from wink bingo and if so did you make a withdraw and how long did it take. i need some info guys cause im getting a bit worried now and dont know what to do please reply with helpful comment. thanks.

The missus has withdrawn loads of times off foxy and cheeky bingo normally takes about 3 days to go out of the banking thingy thay have. Then about another 3/4 days to clear to your bank, sometimes the money has cleared on a saturday morning aswell. Foxy, cheeky and wink bingo are run by the same people.

It doesn't matter where you live within the UK - if you are over 18 you are required my law to be on the electorol role - or you face a fine of £1000

ok then i got a telephone call from winkbingo customer support regarding my withdrawl status and they told me that due to a technical error a loos of connection occured when sending the payment and therefore it will be in my account within 2 -3 days time or sooner and for any inconvienience we appologise and have compensated you with 3000 bingo points which you can redeem when your ready.

so then if its not in my account by next wendnesday i guess ill be back onto the phone with them.

i knew i should of just spent it on the bingo lol
