Hi guys, just want to say thank you for all the support you guys gave me over the post i put up last week, so this week i walked passed the bookies, had a moment where i said £10 will be ok, so i walked in and i walked out, bypassed the local and went straight home to the family, looked my two boys in the eye without feeling like a total failure and i felt good about myself! I'm not silly enough to think that i have now cured myself...but this is the first step along a winding road and i really am grateful for all your advice, take care God Bless!

You were mugged all right. You should've put that £167 down on a nice 2/1 at Sandown Park. Then, if it wins, you can get yerself a nice £500 europrozzer and you've got £1 left for the bus home.

Well done. Have you got your self excluded though? When I quit it only lasted a week, so i got an exclusion and it really helped.
