If its a pretty old bellfruit clubber you have proberbly not got enough coins in to compress the coin censors. You need to put more coins in or find a way to keep the censors pressed in.

Has your bank got odd pence in it say like 20/40/60 or 80p if so have you got 20ps also in the tubes as this would also give you the payout error if the 20s aren't past the censor.

i havnt enougf £1 coins here to get them to the sensor level,

so i moved the sensor down the tube so that it was wedged against the tube with the elastic band (ie fooling the machine)
but it still wont pay out the bank, cant understand y the reset buttton wont clear it, wonder wot an engineer wud do in this case

good heavy hammer mite do the trick lol

erm i take it you have tried the obvious ??

turn the refill key on and off again and it should pay it out, as long as the sensors are met.

IF all else fails you can clear the memory, with machine off unplugged, locate the battery on the motherboard & short for about 5 secs a pair of pliers is the best tool for the job, just grip the batterie both sides with it.
