Easy one this, and quite cheep too, and is something I now use on all three of my windows rigs....
Drive Snapshot bestellen
Basicaly it does a full 100% clone (Including boot partition, if needed), of the hard drive, and also makes boot media, so you can DOS boot the system, and run a recovery
The recovery files, you need to make yourself when required, but it is very reliable, and a fast way of getting your system back on-line.
Would suggest, creating the backup files, to a seprate device, pref a hard drive.
The size of the recovery files, generaly are around 50% to 70% of the origanal size.

Free Open source alternative here.
Clonezilla
Good, but a problem..... licenced for non-comercial use only, for the free version.

This is dependant on how many backups you need of this box, but if you just want to do a 1 off image (or a few images) then you could use Microsoft's Imagex. Not the simplest tool in the world, but it is free.
It's part of the AIK which you can get here:
Download details: Windows Automated Installation Kit (AIK)
It's a bit of a big download though, so I'd not use a modem .

Norton Ghost - never fails. will let you backup, restore and clone - you can also get an image exporter so you can copy files in/out of the image if you ever wanted to.
Not sure on what licenses are required but the program kicks ass.
