Jpm- samurai

hi all

can any one help im having trouble with my jpm samurai machine it comes up with error = 01 44 which is Non Payout 100p Cash, but ive no idea how to fix it, theres loads of coins in the hopper can any one help please

I have no idea but did it need two threads that are the same?

hmm. Can't be sure, does it say IOU £suchandsuch then Err 01 44?
It culd be a pound jammed in the hopper or the mech.
Dont know much about JPM cabinets thugh, sorry, but there are a bunch of skilled technicians who will help you here;)

Hi mate, does the hopper make any noise if you turn the machine off and on? what you want to do is remove the hopper, tip it upside down and make sure you can remove all the coins from it. hoppers have a circle like plastic sorter at the bottom that spin around maybe that's stuck? anyway remove hopper as above then place 1 pound coin back in it, then put back making sure all cable connections are plugged back into the hopper and hopefully you'll be able to spread a bit more light on whats happening? if that don't fix it?

Also i think jpm impact machine's have a hopper control board? maybe thats gone up the creek! luckily enough there is one on ebay i think? that could be worth a purchase to? if above doesn't sort it?

also if you have the door open does the alarm sound? maybe you could put it on test and ask to pay out 1 pound through the coin test?
