Yeah that's 3 shipleys that have shut down with only 1 new un opening although I noticed an arcade has opened round the back of Annsummers near spoons, not been in yet though, usually only go up hanley with the wife and kids.
Stick to castle myself, but that's shit at the moment also

I saw that as well today (new Wrights Pies shop opposite as well). Same as the one by the bus stops. Went in there once, just me and the attendant in.....didn't feel comfortable at all.

I only tend to play in pubs now, not been in Shipleys for a over a year

There's yet another new DOND out. I can't remember the name of it (I think it was double break, not entirely sure) but it's in Wetherspoons in Hartlepool. It's a bit like double DOND, but instead of having 1 box reel and the potential to receive 2 offers, there are 2 box reels with only one offer. Quite a strange one really!

Double Take, i played a few quid through one in Glasgow, wasn't phone board ready though so couldn't tell you exactly what it does, has a dial on the bottom glass like WIYB too.
