None of the current emulators will support the type of video graphics necessary im afraid with the exception of MAGE. With a bit of luck we may well be able to play the old poker machines and other video graphic machines, such as Reno Reels and Monte Carlo Or Bust, sometime in the future. Watch this space.
Let's smash Partytime.

Most of my money at arcades are lost on poker machines. It would be great if they could be emulated. It would be interesting to finaly know if what cards you hold make a difference as to what cards are delt next. Also on the Hi-Low gambles to see if you had went higher on the Queen would it still give you a King, im guessing not, but would be nice to know once and for all.
Also how long are we talking before Monte Carlo Or Bust is emulated? 2, 3 or 4 years?

Never played, or even seen a poker machine - but I think that it would be shortsighted to say that it WOULDN'T screw you if not ready to pay - same as bandits. It may let you win on certain situations as it owes according to its percentage - equally if someone else had just won you would no doubt be screwed on every gamble.

Bout the same as Bruces 'Play Your Cards Right' then :D

Yup I also love the noraut & bell-fruit pokers

I was under the impression that a poker machine would cost a lot less than a fruitmachine. I see a new poker machine cost £995. Thats just crazy :?
You also never see pokers selling on ebay, why do they cost so much when they are such low tec machines. Maybe im missing something........hmmmm?

Someone I met at a amusement arcade have a joker poker emulated. His freind works for jpm and he mapped it out on his PC for him.

I have been begging him to get me a copy so I can win tons!

These machines are very profitable... I have taken out more than £120 on a few occasions but then again I use to be a pro on the circuit. I lost quite a lot in these to begin with and now have a much better understanding of them. If I could get this emulated I doubt I would ever lose.

Anyway he said some cards are garanteed to be the same i.e. you get a certain sequence such as 2 of hearts, then 3 of spade, then it would be a garanteed 2 of spade to come next. This is not the actual example but you get my point. But most of the time the card changes to bust you. eg. low on the jack gives queen, but going high also bust you with something like a 9 etc.
