Wondering if anyone else has had similar issues with thier TV service recently or in the past.
Couple of weeks ago we got one of them V+ boxes for the living room and the old box went to one of the rooms upstairs.
Turned on the TV this morning and on every single channel its saying 'No program information'
Plus the fact that i have about 15-20 channels 'missing' with 'sorry this channel isnt avalible right now. Please wait or try again later'
Rebooted the box about 12 times to no avail..and its really annoying cos ye cant see whats on now or whats coming on.
Anyone else had similar problems and what was done to resolve them..thanks.

yes Todd i told u about me having problems the other week, well i think it was you. when i go to click program info to that says this service is not available rite now please try later. also the on demand is not working and some of the channels are just black and when the info bar goes it then said error with some code cant remember what it was now but was 4 digits and when i called them they said they would not talk to me because the account had just gone £1.45 over the limit ffs.

Yep exact same problems here from time to time with the box crashing and not being able to use the remote control either proper annoying.

I have noticed the last 6 months that the red button feature no longer work. Have rebooted it and everything still no joy.

Update..the guy was ou this morning trying to fix it to no avail.
The strength of the signal coming into the house is piss poor and thats why my internet has been going so slow as well.
Coming back later on tonight 'possibly' to fix it..if not sometime tommorow.
I shall be demanding some compo for a pretty sub-standard service from them this last wee while.
