i cant get pook's hi roller to run. i've opened the layout and roms into one folder but it will only go as far as putting the dx on screen and then freezes. no messages on screen and wont re-set. any help please. the other dx of this machine loads up no problem.

Hi there,

I have a version that works ok, check to see if you have all the files unzipped into the folder, you should have 7 files see list below:-

Hi Roller DX.JEL
Hiro-1a1
Hiro-1s2
Hirollerdx
Hirollerdx.jpm
Hiro-snd
Read Me

If you have all the above then it should work fine, I had a similar problem with another machine, but I found that the files were corupted, caused by accidently using JPeMu 1.45 instead of 1.46, so you may have to delete that folder and unzip the original zip file into a new folder name it 'Hi Roller DX -Pook-' place it in a folder containing JPeMu 1.46 so that you don't cause any future error's.

cheers for the assistance, working fine now. i had to re-name file hirollerdx.jpm to hirollerdx to get it to work though, there would have been two files of same name otherwise.

Having a problem,downloaded the zip file (pook's) thing is it only contains 3 files do you have to copy the files from the other download into pook's hi-roller comes up invalid prog roms,invalid sound roms.Cos im thick 8O
