I've just picked up a new rock n roll machine but my reel to is out of alignment so i cant boot the machine without the alarm going off.
Does anybody know how i can fix this because i can't get in touch with global games it seems their site is inactive.
Thanks in advance.
Phil

Inactive because they don't exist anymore. Try here Games Media Presents - The Games Media Website or wait until bazpeeb or another engineer can help you.
Can't imagine it will be more than a dodgy reel, normally available on Ebay.

Could be a dodgey sensor or the reel motor itself has moved slighty so it cant pass the opto sensor at the right time
check that the black tab on the reel passes through the sensor and that all the connections comming off the reel are in tightly and on the motherboard

you cant configure a reel .... you could try moving it in its socket a bit and it might just line up properlythe reel doesnt line up propperly i need to reposition it so it lines up after start up, i need to find a way to configure the reel
when the other reels have lined up does this one continuosly spin then stop and give the error by any chance ??

the reel motor must be ever so slighty moved around backwards in its casethey all spin and then they all stop at the same time but the middle reel is a few mil above the others
it happend once at the pub i used to live at but i cant remember how the repair guy fixed it
just try and see if you can move the motor a bit more round forward

1, slacken the screws on the motor on the reel, 2, move reel to desired viewing, 3, tighten screws back up
