Personally, I'd rather wait until MPU5 emulation is permitted (scheduled for late Autumn 2055 I think... :p ), as IMO a machine em is not really a machine em without the correct SFX - but I'm sure lots of other members wouldn't mind this drawback, and I'm sure there are no legal obstacles, re PCB/BA hybrid, so AFAIC, you can go ahead... :)

Anyone know any different re legal issues, please fill me in - by posting to this thread, and not by using a baseball bat with a nail in it, as I know some would like...

Lol, emulation is just one BIG legal issue - you only have to look at the way that Nintendo of America closed down nearly every nintendo rom site - its nearly impossible to get their roms now without P2P. Seriously, I bet if you look in google you just get hundreds ot redirectors and porn popups :p

On a more serious note - I was going to do Frenzy a while back as an HDX, and I think it would be a good layout to practice on. As PJ said, the sound would be totally wrong, but at least it is logical [apart from the sexual innuendo :o]

By all means give it a shot, at the worst you'll get the silent release thread which is becoming more and more common - odd, considering the 16000 users we have :D
